Return and Refund Policy
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides and the strict quality control required for laboratory environments, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Returns
To ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our inventory, we cannot accept returns of any research compounds once they have left our facility. We cannot verify how the product was stored or handled after delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, you must contact us at support@primelabs.bio within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged package and items. We will review these cases individually and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be aggressively disputed and may result in a permanent ban from our services.
