Where we ship
All 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally.
Methods and cost
Standard shipping is $9.95. Free standard shipping on orders over $150 after volume discounts.
Cold chain
Temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with cold packs. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit; refrigerate on arrival.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the shipment is dispatched.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, contact support@primelabs.bio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and vials. These cases are reviewed individually.
Undeliverable packages
Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the purchaser’s cost.
